AquaFlow Plumbing Miami Standard Service Policies & Agreements
By scheduling service with AquaFlow Plumbing Miami, the client authorizes our technicians to access the property to perform inspections, drain cleanings, and necessary plumbing repairs. The client must ensure that water shut-off valves and service cleanouts are unobstructed and accessible.
We provide upfront flat-rate or hourly estimates before initiating repair work. Estimates are valid for 30 days from issuance. Any modifications to the scope of work (change orders) required by unforeseen structural blockages or permit changes will be presented to the client for signature prior to completion.
Payment is due immediately upon completion of service unless a corporate credit account has been pre-authorized. We accept all major credit cards, bank checks, and offer financing options through third-party partners as described on our financing page.
We back our plumbing repairs with a 1-year workmanship warranty. Fixtures, water heaters, and pipe relining components are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties. Workmanship warranties are voided if modifications are made to the repaired system by other contractors or DIY homeowners.
